1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3021
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3021 by replacing
3 lines 15 through 22 on page 3 with the following:

4         "(4) Any organization employing or desiring to employ a
5     documented or undocumented immigrant ~~an alien~~or
6     nonimmigrant alien, where the organization, its employees
7     or its agents provide advice or assistance in immigration
8     matters to documented or undocumented immigrant ~~alien~~ or
9     nonimmigrant alien employees or potential employees
10     without compensation from the individuals to whom such
11     advice or assistance is provided.".
