2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2955 on page 2, by
3 replacing lines 1 through 4 with the following:

4 "next succeeding calendar year and shall at the same time file
5 with the Secretary ~~the annual report required by Section 16 of~~
