1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2356
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2356 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The Animal Welfare Act is amended by changing
5 Section 1 as follows:

6     (225 ILCS 605/1)  (from Ch. 8, par. 301)
7     Sec. 1. This Act shall be known and~~and~~ may be cited as the
8 Animal Welfare Act.
