1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1827
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1827 as follows:

3 on page 23, by replacing line 12 with the following:

4 "dental assistant operating under the supervision and full
5 responsibility of a"; and

6 on page 23, by replacing lines 18 and 19 with the following:

7 "Department; a dentist utilizing dental assistants shall be on
8 site and available and not supervise more than 4 dental
9 assistants at any one time".
