1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1747
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1747, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 3, on page 3, line 7, by replacing "non-violent" with
5 "violent"; and

6 on page 10, by inserting immediately below line 24 the
7 following:
8     "(F-5) the Superintendent of the Chicago Police
9 Department, or his or her designee;
10     (F-10) the Chairperson of the Juvenile Justice Commission,
11 or his or her designee;".
