AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1422

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1422 as follows:

on page 1, line 13, by replacing "or" with "or"; and

on page 1, line 17, by replacing "Director." with "Director; or ."; and

on page 1, by inserting immediately below line 17 the following:

"(4) the date of using the crossbow is during any archery deer hunting season in Cook, DuPage, Kane, Kendall, Lake, McHenry, and Will counties."; and

on page 2, line 5, by removing "January"; and

on page 2, line 6, by replacing "1, 2016." with "upon becoming law.".
