1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1202
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1202 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The Oil and Gas Wells on Public Lands Act is
5 amended by changing Section 0.01 as follows:

6     (5 ILCS 615/0.01)  (from Ch. 96 1/2, par. 5000)
7     Sec. 0.01. Short title. This Act may be cited as ~~the~~Oil
8 and Gas Wells on Public Lands Act.
