1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 986
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 986 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The Child Care Act of 1969 is amended by adding
5 Section 4.6 as follows:

6     (225 ILCS 10/4.6 new)
7     Sec. 4.6. Vaccination requirements for employees. No
8 person may be employed by a child care facility that cares for
9 children ages 6 and under unless that person shows proof of
10 having received 2 doses of the measles, mumps, and rubella
11 (MMR) vaccine or shows proof of immunity to MMR.".
