1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 751
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 751 on page 2, line
3 22, after "clinic", by inserting "or for that service in any
4 way"; and

5 on page 3, by inserting immediately below line 3 the following:

6 "(d) The changes to this Section made by this amendatory
7 Act of the 99th General Assembly apply only to causes of action
8 accruing on or after the effective date of this amendatory Act
9 of the 99th General Assembly.".
