1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 581
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 581 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The Economic Development Area Tax Increment
5 Allocation Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (20 ILCS 620/1)  (from Ch. 67 1/2, par. 1001)
7     Sec. 1. Short title. This Act shall be known and~~and~~ may be
8 cited as theEconomic Development Area Tax Increment Allocation
9 Act.
