AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 70

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 70 as follows:

on page 1, by replacing line 5 with "Sections 11-1507.1 and 12-201 as follows:"; and

by deleting line 6 on page 1 through line 22 on page 2; and

on page 3, by replacing lines 12 through 18 with the following:

"motorcycle, motor-driven cycle, and moped shall at all times exhibit at least one lighted lamp, showing a white light visible for at least 500 feet in the direction the motorcycle, motor-driven cycle, or moped is proceeding.
