1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 44
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 44, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 8 as follows:

5 on page 3, line 26, by deleting "and"; and

6 on page 4, line 3, by replacing "." with ";"; and

7 on page 4, by inserting immediately below line 3 the following:
8         "(19) a member of a statewide surveying association,
9     nominated by the president of the association;
10         (20) a law enforcement official from a municipality
11     with a population of 2 million or more inhabitants,
12     nominated by the mayor of the municipality;
13         (21) a law enforcement official from a municipality
14     with a population of less than 2 million inhabitants,
15     nominated by a statewide police chiefs association; and

1         (22) a member of a statewide freight railroad
2     association, nominated by the president of the
3     association.".
