1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION 163
2     AMENDMENT NO. ___. Amend House Joint Resolution 163 by
3 replacing lines 7 through 13 with the following:

4     "RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
5 NINETY-NINTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE
6 SENATE CONCURRING HEREIN, that the request made by Central SD
7 104 - St. Clair with respect to the debt limitation, identified
8 in the report filed by the State Board of Education as request
9 WM100-6259, is disapproved; and be it further

10     RESOLVED, That the remaining requests in the Report on
11 Waiver of School Code Mandates are approved.".
