1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 6162
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 6162, AS AMENDED, by
3 inserting immediately below Section 25 the following:

4 "Section 75. Home rule. The regulation of personal sick
5 leave benefits is an exclusive power and function of the State.
6 A home rule unit may not regulate personal sick leave benefits.
7 This Section is a denial and limitation of home rule powers and
8 functions under subsection (h) of Section 6 of Article VII of
9 the Illinois Constitution.".
