1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 6084
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 6084 as follows:

3 on page 3, by replacing lines 16 through 18 with the following:

4 "(a-5) The owner, or if the owner is unavailable, an agent
5 or caretaker of an animal documented to have bitten a person
6 shall present the animal to a licensed veterinarian within 24
7 hours. A veterinarian".
