1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5882
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5882 on page 1, by
3 replacing line 18 with the following:
4 "exceed (i) $500 per contributing employee per taxable year for
5 taxable years ending prior to December 31, 2016 and (ii) $1,000
6 per contributing employee per taxable year for taxable years
7 ending on or after December 31, 2016.".
