2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4658, AS AMENDED, on
3 page 19, by inserting immediately below line 17 the following:

4 "(c) The confidentiality provisions of this Section do not
5 extend to educational, training, and outreach material,
6 statistical data, or operational information maintained by the
7 Department in administering this Act.".
