AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4377

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4377, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. 2, on page 2 by replacing line 2 with the following:

"150,000 miles at the time of the sale. In addition, this Section does not apply to vehicles with titles that have been branded "rebuilt" or "flood".".
