1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4300
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4300 on page 888,
3 line 5, after "5-5b.1,", by inserting "except with respect to
4 340B dispensing fees,"; and

5 on page 888, line 7, after "drugs.", by inserting "All 340B
6 dispensing fees shall be reduced by 2.25% from the rates in
7 effect as of April 30, 2015.".
