AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4130 as follows:

on page 2, line 9, after the period, by inserting "The quitclaim deed shall state on its face and be subject to the condition that if the property is no longer used for public purposes, then title shall revert without further action to the State of Illinois.".
