AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4006

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4006, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. 4, as follows:

on page 3, line 17, by replacing "from the Fire Truck Revolving Fund" with "under Section 16-104d of the Illinois Vehicle Code"; and

on page 3, line 18, after "full", by inserting "to the Fire Truck Revolving Loan Fund"; and

on page 3, line 19, by replacing "receipt of" with "receipt by".
