1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3217
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3217 on page 2, line
3 16, by changing "State and federal" to "federal"; and

4 on page 3, line 25, by changing "Indians" to "State-recognized
5 tribes"; and

6 on page 4, by inserting immediately below line 9 the following:

7 "(c) State agencies may adopt rules regarding benefits and
8 services available to State-recognized tribes.".
