AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3160

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3160, AS AMENDED, with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 1, on page 1, by inserting immediately below line 6 the following:

""Family member of the respondent" means a spouse, parent, child, or step-child of the respondent, any other person related by blood or present marriage to the respondent, or a person who shares a common dwelling with the respondent."; and

on page 2, by replacing line 1 with the following: "this Act;".
