    Amends the Gang Crime Witness Protection Act of 2013. Makes atechnical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning criminal law.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Gang Crime Witness Protection Act of 2013 is
5 amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (725 ILCS 173/1)
7     Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the~~the~~Gang
8 Crime Witness Protection Act of 2013.
