AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2731

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2731 as follows:

on page 1, line 13, by replacing "Beginning July 1, 2015," with "As soon as practical if the data is reasonably available, but no later than January 1, 2017,"; and

on page 1, line 15, by deleting "beginning"; and

on page 1, line 16, by replacing "July 1, 2015," with "as soon as practical if the data is reasonably available, but no later than January 1, 2017,"; and

on page 1, line 19, by replacing "The" with "As soon as practical if the data is reasonably available, but no later than January 1, 2017, the"; and

on page 2, line 2, by replacing "pursuant to the Patient Protection and" with "under items 18 and 19 of Section 5-2."; and

on page 2, by deleting line 3; and

on page 2, by replacing line 7, with the following:

"(5) The number of women enrolled on the basis of pregnancy."; and

on page 2, by replacing line 9, with the following:

"(7) The number of persons enrolled on the basis of disability."; and

on page 2, line 10, by replacing "Beginning July 1, 2015," with "As soon as practical if the data is reasonably available, but no later than January 1, 2017,"; and

on page 2, line 16, by deleting "pursuant to"; and

on page 2, by replacing lines 17 through 19 with "in each of the groups listed in subsection (b) of this Section."; and

on page 2, line 20, by replacing "Monthly" with "As soon as practical if the data is reasonably available, but no later than January 1, 2017, monthly"; and

on page 2, line 21, by replacing "recent" with "recently available"; and

on page 2, line 22, by replacing "current" with "most recently available"; and
