2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1530 as follows:

3 on page 1, line 15, after the period, by inserting "Nothing in
4 this Section shall be interpreted to create a secure child care
5 facility as defined in Section 2.22 of the Child Care Act of
6 1969.".
