2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1337 on page 2, line
3 7, by inserting after the period the following:
4 "This subsection (b-5) does not create any affirmative duty to
5 investigate whether an arrestee or detainee is a foreign
6 national.".
