AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 582

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 582 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the following:

"Section 5. The State Commemorative Dates Act is amended by adding Section 190 as follows:

(5 ILCS 490/190 new)

Sec. 190. Family Caregivers Month. The month of November in each year is designated as Family Caregivers Month to be observed throughout the State as a month to recognize the sacrifice made by family caregivers and the assistance they provide to help people who are affected by illness, injury, or disability lead more independent lives.".
