AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 235

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 235 as follows:

on page 2, line 2, after "provided", by inserting "by a dentist with a permit provided under Section 8.1 of the Illinois Dental Practice Act"; and

on page 2, line 5, by replacing "26" with "19"; and

on page 2, by replacing line 8 with the following:

"disability. A covered individual shall be required to make 2 visits to the dental care provider prior to accessing other coverage under this subsection.".
