AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 146 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 146 on page 11, line 
316, by replacing "Waukegan." with "Waukegan, except that such 
4revenues may not be used to acquire any fee, leasehold, 
5license, or other property rights or interests associated with 
6any site or parcel upon which an operating manufacturing or
