1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3566
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3566 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The Currency Exchange Act is amended by
5 changing Section 0.1 as follows:

6     (205 ILCS 405/0.1)
7     Sec. 0.1. Short Title. This Act shall be known and may be
8 cited as the ~~the~~ Currency Exchange Act.
