1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3110
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3110, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.
4 1, on page 3, by replacing lines 6 through 13 with the
5 following:

6 "Upon disclosure under item (13) of this Section, in any
7 criminal action where the charge is domestic battery,
8 aggravated domestic battery, or an offense under Article 11 of
9 the Criminal Code of 2012 or where the patient is under the age
10 of 18 years or upon the request of the patient, the State's
11 Attorney shall petition the court for a protective order
12 pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 415.".
