AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2758 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2758 on page 8, 
3immediately below line 8, by inserting the following:


4    "(e-5) Conduct a review of the performance of any 
5investment vendors every 4 years, including, but not limited 
6to, a review of returns, fees, and customer service. A copy of 
7reviews conducted under this subsection (e-5) shall be posted
