2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2352 as follows:

3 on page 1, line 22, after "(FMAP)", by inserting "and from long
4 term care provider assessments authorized by Articles V-B and
5 V-E of the Illinois Public Aid Code"; and

6 on page 2, line 18, by replacing "June 15" with "May 15".
