AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2232

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2232 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the following:

"Section 5. The Juvenile Court Act of 1987 is amended by changing Section 1-1 as follows:

(705 ILCS 405/1-1) (from Ch. 37, par. 801-1)

Sec. 1-1. Short title. This Act shall be known and and may be cited as the Juvenile Court Act of 1987.
