AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2105

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2105 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the following:

"Section 5. The State Budget Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is amended by adding Section 50-35 as follows:

(15 ILCS 20/50-35 new)

Sec. 50-35. Online publication; budget. Within 30 days of its enactment into law, the Governor's Office of Management and Budget shall publish to its website the budget of the State of Illinois for the coming fiscal year in its entirety in comma-separated value format (.csv), Xtree for Windows Script format (.xcl), or another comparable format. In addition, with the publication of each proposed State budget, the Office shall also publish to its website a list of each sweep or administrative charge-back that will be required to implement that budget and that will result in the transfer of moneys from a special fund in the State treasury to any other fund in the State treasury.".
