AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1922 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1922 by replacing 
3everything after the enacting clause with the following:

 
4    "Section 5. The Illinois Pension Code is amended  by 
5changing Section 9-190 and  by adding Section 9-202.1 as 
6follows:
 



7    (40 ILCS 5/9-190)  (from Ch. 108 1/2, par. 9-190)



8    Sec. 9-190. Board powers and duties. The board shall have 
9the powers and duties stated in Sections 9-191 to
9-202.1 
109-202, inclusive, in addition to such other powers and duties 
11provided in
this Article.
