2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1801 on page 61, by
3 replacing lines 22 through 26 with the following:
4 "films. This exemption applies only to the sale of qualifying
5 tangible personal property to persons who modify, refurbish,
6 complete, replace, or maintain an aircraft and who ~~those~~
7 ~~organizations that~~ (i) hold an Air Agency Certificate and are".
