1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1739
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1739, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 4, as follows:

5 on page 306, line 25, immediately after "both.", by inserting
6 "Any moneys otherwise transferable from the operation of a
7 licensed electronic gaming facility in Madison County shall be
8 distributed as follows: 50% shall be paid to the City of
9 Collinsville; 25% shall be paid to the City of Alton; and 25%
10 shall be paid to the City of East St. Louis."; and

11 on page 314, line 22, immediately after "both.", by inserting
12 "Any moneys otherwise transferable from the operation of a
13 licensed electronic gaming facility in Madison County shall be
14 distributed as follows: 50% shall be paid to the City of
15 Collinsville; 25% shall be paid to the City of Alton; and 25%
16 shall be paid to the City of East St. Louis.".
