1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1418
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1418 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The Illinois Oil and Gas Act is amended by
5 changing Section 1a as follows:

6     (225 ILCS 725/1a)  (from Ch. 96 1/2, par. 5401a)
7     Sec. 1a. This Act shall be known and~~and~~ may be cited as
8 the Illinois Oil and Gas Act.
