1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1043
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1043 on page 10, by
3 replacing lines 1 through 7 with the following:

4 "manufactured home community. If the balance of the
5 Manufactured Home Owners Relocation Trust Fund reaches or
6 exceeds $10 million, then the Illinois Department of Public
7 Health may temporarily pause the collection of the assessment;
8 however, should the balance of the Fund fall below $10 million,
9 the Department shall reinstate the assessment."; and

10 on page 10, line 9, by deleting "additional".
