1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 105
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 105 on page 2, line
3 23, immediately after "charges.", by inserting the following:
4 "An electric utility providing Market Settlement Service shall
5 be permitted to recover its reasonable and prudent initial
6 implementation and start-up costs from retail consumers having
7 maximum demands exceeding 400 kilowatts through its delivery
8 service charges.".
