1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE RESOLUTION 842
2     AMENDMENT NO. ___. Amend House Resolution 842 by replacing
3 line 2 on page 1 through line 16 on page 2 with the following:

4     "WHEREAS, Under subsection (b) of Section 2 of Article VIII
5 of the Illinois Constitution, appropriations for a fiscal year
6 shall not exceed funds estimated by the General Assembly to be
7 available during that year; therefore, be it

8     RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
9 NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that
10 the House of Representatives estimates the general funds to be
11 available during State fiscal year 2015 as follows:
