2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5926, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 2, on page 17, line 12, after "servers", by inserting "in Cook
5 County"; and

6 on page 17, line 14, by replacing "30" with "120"; and

7 on page 18, line 16, by replacing "April" with "October"; and

8 on page 20, immediately below line 16, by inserting the
9 following:
10 "(i) The provisions of this Section do not apply to a
11 special event retailer."; and

12 on page 20, lines 17 and 18, by replacing "upon becoming law"
13 with "July 1, 2015".
