AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5838

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5838 as follows:

on page 1, by replacing line 5 with the following: "2-3.66 and 2-3.66b as follows:"; and

on page 1, lines 18 and 19, by replacing "23 21" with "21 or up to and including age 23 if the project is not conducted in the same public school facility as the regular education program"; and

on page 4, line 3, by replacing "23 21" with "21 or up to and including age 23 if the program is not conducted in the same public school facility as the regular education program,"; and

by deleting pages 9 through 17; and

on page 18, by deleting lines 1 through 15.
