2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5679 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "(110 ILCS 305/8a rep.)
5     Section 5. The University of Illinois Act is amended by
6 repealing Section 8a.

7     (110 ILCS 520/8d rep.)
8     Section 10. The Southern Illinois University Management
9 Act is amended by repealing Section 8d.

10     (110 ILCS 660/5-80 rep.)
11     Section 15. The Chicago State University Law is amended by
12 repealing Section 5-80.

13     (110 ILCS 665/10-80 rep.)
14     Section 20. The Eastern Illinois University Law is amended

1 by repealing Section 10-80.

3     Section 25. The Governors State University Law is amended
4 by repealing Section 15-80.

5     (110 ILCS 675/20-80 rep.)
6     Section 30. The Illinois State University Law is amended by
7 repealing Section 20-80.

8     (110 ILCS 680/25-80 rep.)
9     Section 35. The Northeastern Illinois University Law is
10 amended by repealing Section 25-80.

11     (110 ILCS 685/30-80 rep.)
12     Section 40. The Northern Illinois University Law is amended
13 by repealing Section 30-80.

14     (110 ILCS 690/35-80 rep.)
15     Section 45. The Western Illinois University Law is amended
16 by repealing Section 35-80.

17     Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
18 becoming law.".
