1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4745
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4745 as follows:

3 on page 7, line 21, after "watercraft", by inserting "under his
4 or her control"; and

5 on page 7, line 26, after "watercraft", by inserting "under his
6 or her control"; and

7 on page 8, by replacing lines 16 through 17 with the following:
8 "lessee, the trier of fact may infer that the residence or
9 other property is controlled only by the tenant or lessee.".
