1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4284
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4284 on page 3, line
3 7, after the period, by inserting "The following factors shall
4 positively demonstrate residency in this State for the purposes
5 of the residency requirement for student trustees and
6 candidates for student trustee:
7         (1) evidence of the student's Illinois domicile for at
8     least the previous 6 months;
9         (2) evidence of the student's current, valid Illinois
10     driver's license; and
11         (3) evidence of the student's valid Illinois voter
12     registration.".
