AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4268

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4268, AS AMENDED, as follows:

on page 25, line 22, by replacing "parties." with "parties. Rejection of an agreement by either the public employer or the exclusive representative of the bargaining unit shall not constitute an unfair labor practice."; and

on page 28, line 17, immediately after "parties.", by inserting "Rejection of an agreement by the educational employer or by the exclusive representative of the educational employees shall not constitute an unfair labor practice.".
