1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4207
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4207 as follows:

3 on page 3, lines 1 and 2, by deleting "or substantially
4 disrupts the educational process or orderly operation of a
5 school"; and

6 on page 5, by replacing lines 10 through 12 with the following:
7 "Each school"; and

8 on page 6, lines 3 and 4, by replacing "upon becoming law" with
9 "January 1, 2015".
